Where is the event held?

Live & Online. You may attend from your desk or any location you choose, provided you have access to an Internet connection, and have activated your IM-UG Membership. You will be able to use your computer speakers, a USB headset, or traditional telephone conference bridge for the audio portion.

How much does the event cost?

IM-UG Basic Membership (FREE):
Provides limited access to all IM-UG resources, including all Category I, II, & III live interactive classes, conferences, workshops, and archives. Class Agendas and Calendar.

Basic Membership in IM-UG has no cost ($0.00) and allows the member access to up to six hours per year of IM-UG resources.  Each Basic Membership is per individual, named-user license, and entitles each member to choose which classes are most relevant to them within their McAfee lifecycle and attend the live classes and/or archives for up to six hours.

Basic Members should carefully review the resources and the calendar in order to select the specific class resources they need the most, maximizing their allotment of hours. Sign-up for Basic Membership.

IM-UG Professional Membership ($300/year):
Professional Membership provides unlimited annual access to all IM-UG resources, including Category I, II, & III live interactive classes, user conferences, workshops, and archives. 

Professional Membership allows each member unlimited attendance, live class retakes, access to all live events throughout the year, and unlimited archived access for on demand playback.  Each IM-UG Professional Membership is per individual, named-user license and entitles each member unrestricted access. Sign-up for unlimited Professional Membership.

Existing IQVelocity ePO Annual Pass Customers:

This event is a feature of your ePO Annual Learning Pass so you already have access. You can gain access to the event through your normal IQVelocity University account.

I can’t make the next live event. Can you send me recordings of each session?

On-demand versions of the agenda topics are available for IM-UG Members.

Can I ask questions during the live event?

Yes. The live event is interactive for all participants online; you will be instructed on how to ask questions during the event.

Can I submit questions I want addressed prior to the live event?

Yes, please! Send an email to info@iqvelocity.com with your specific questions and they will be added to the queue.

Can I attend just one or specific breakout sessions or do I have to attend all the sessions?

You may want to make sure and attend the General Session at the beginning due to important announcements. However, the conference is designed so that you can attend just the individual breakout sessions you need.
